Step 2/18 Room / location

Choose the room for your celebration – matching your number of guests and the season.

Summer barn Rustic barn, exclusive – up to 80 guests (summer). Winter barn (heated) Heated barn, exclusive – up to 80 guests (autumn to spring). Beer garden / sun terrace Large outdoor area – up to 250 guests (summer). Historic ballroom Ballroom with stage – up to 280 guests (depending on seating), all year. Post room Historic room for private celebrations. Postzimmer – ganzer Raum (exklusiv) Historisches Postzimmer exklusiv – bis 55 Gäste. Bei kleineren Gruppen gilt ein Mindestumsatz, sonst Raummiete. Albverein room Cosy room for family celebrations & regulars' tables. Albvereinszimmer – ganzer Raum (exklusiv) Klimatisierbares Albvereinszimmer exklusiv – bis 70 Gäste, mit Leinwand. Bei kleineren Gruppen gilt ein Mindestumsatz, sonst Raummiete.

Step 3/18 Level of service

You decide how much service you’d like beyond our standard catering package during your celebration—from a self-catering option to full-service support. This allows you to choose directly which services you’ll handle yourself and which tasks we can take care of for you beyond our basic package.

Basic – self-service We set up the Stadl and deliver food and drinks – you host the party yourselves. Partial service Our staff handles selected parts, e.g. serving the buffet or live grilling. Full service Fully looked after: service, kitchen and organisation throughout your celebration.

Step 4/18 Equipment

Which additional equipment should accompany your celebration? (multiple choice)

Smoker / grill station Live grilling, smoking and barbecuing at our smoker station. Heated catering / serving tent Buffet and serving tent in front of the Stadl – weatherproof and heated. Cocktail / bar element Your own bar with cocktails for a special evening. Draught beer system Freshly tapped beer with in-line cooler. Standing tables Standing tables, optionally with covers, for a relaxed reception. Coffee machine Coffee specialities at the touch of a button. Heating / winter equipment Patio heaters, mobile wooden elements & warming radiators.

Step 5/18 Welcome & reception

Welcome your guests with a sparkling start to the celebration.

Sparkling / aperitif reception House cuvée white or rosé, prosecco, sparkling wine or champagne. Non-alcoholic reception Lime cocktail, fruit punch, apple cider or freshly pressed juices. Finger food selection Fine canapés for the reception (recommendation 3–4 pieces per person). No reception We start directly with the meal.

Step 6/18 Food & buffet
