Menu

A few words – good to know about our menu

We deliberately offer a wide variety of regional, traditional dishes on our menu, as well as innovative seasonal dishes. Many dishes are available in tasting portions (marked with “*”). You can also order our seasonal and vegetarian set menus as individual dishes. Our team is here to serve you Monday and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM (kitchen closes at 9:30 PM), on Saturdays from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM (kitchen closes at 9:30 p.m.), with the kitchen open throughout, as well as on Sundays and holidays from 11:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. (kitchen closes at 8:00 p.m.) with the kitchen open throughout. We have created a special menu for Sundays and holidays. We are closed on Wednesdays. With our "Waldhorn to go," you can enjoy our dishes with that special Waldhorn flair at home. You decide how we may package your meals. Packaging is free in your own containers, or available for a fee and deposit in reusable or disposable options. Of course, we’re also your trusted partner for events at your home, in a field, or at the location of your choice with our Staigers Catering—always here for you. In addition, for national events, we collaborate with “Meister-Catering,” the exclusive association of the Meistervereinigung Gastronom. Through this partnership, we are able to host even the most high-profile state receptions abroad and have already demonstrated this capability on multiple occasions in the past. In November 2019, as a member company of the Meistervereinigung Gastronom E.V., we were awarded the title of official Genussbotschafter of the state of Baden-Württemberg. Should you ever be dissatisfied with anything, we would be very happy to receive direct feedback. Please keep in mind that we are only human and mistakes can happen. We would like to inform you that we accept the Electronic Cash system and almost all major credit cards for cashless payments. Enjoy free, convenient internet access during your visit to our Waldhorn. We want to ensure a safe and carefree visit to Staigers Waldhorn in every area of our establishment through our own hygiene concept, which includes special air filters. All allergens are listed on a special menu, which we’ll be happy to provide upon request. If our portions are too large for you and you’d like us to pack something to go, feel free to bring your own sustainable takeout containers from home; our disposable and reusable takeout boxes are subject to a fee. Dear Guests, we make a conscious effort to support regional producers and use their products to offer authentic, creative regional cuisine.
