Zum Motto gehört das Passende auf dem Teller: zünftige Büffets im Stadl, Fingerfood für den Stehempfang, ein Grillbüffet am Smoker im Sommer, Deftiges und Suppen im Winter. Ob Büffet, Menü oder Häppchen, entscheiden wir gemeinsam nach Gästezahl und Ablauf.

Depending on your choice, set menus and buffets range from 19 to 106 € per person. The exact price depends on courses, drinks and staff — we will calculate it for you.

Was wir übernehmen — und was Sie mitbringen

Wir stellen Räume, Bestuhlung, Geschirr, Bewirtung und Küche. Dekoration bringen Sie selbst mit und bauen sie in Ruhe auf; sagen Sie uns vorher, wie viel Zeit Sie dafür brauchen.

Musikanlage, Licht und DJ gehören nicht zu unserer Ausstattung — das organisieren Sie oder Ihre Agentur.

Im Stadl feiern Sie mit eigenem Schlüssel unabhängig von unseren Öffnungszeiten. Bitte beachten Sie nach 1 Uhr die Sperrzeit der Stadt Plochingen.

Offenes Feuer ist nicht erlaubt

Aus Brandschutzgründen sind Kerzen, Teelichter, Wunderkerzen und Tischfeuerwerk auf dem gesamten Gelände untersagt. Für stimmungsvolles Licht beraten wir Sie gern zu sicheren Alternativen.

What is the Staigers Stadl?
Our rustic event location in the beer garden: the Stadl can be rented exclusively for up to 80 guests – as in-house catering with or without staff. The special part: you celebrate independently of our opening hours and can party open-end with your own key.
Kann man im Stadl auch im Winter feiern?
Ja. Der Stadl ist ganzjährig nutzbar: Im Winter wird er mit mobilen Holzelementen, Fenstern, Heizpilzen und Halogenstrahlern beheizt, dazu kommt ein separates Cateringzelt. Im Sommer steht der Biergartenbereich dazu — auf Wunsch exklusiv. Die Miete richtet sich nach Jahreszeit und Aufbau; wir nennen sie Ihnen im Angebot.
What is included in the Stadl rent?
Seating, table set-up and rustic table linen · basic crockery, cutlery and glassware · preparation and clean-up to your wishes · heating via halogen radiator elements · professional buffet set-up and main equipment · cooling and sanitary facilities in the main house · open-end celebrations independent of our opening hours.
Which service levels are available in the Stadl?
Three catering levels: BASIC – we prepare the Stadl, set the tables, stage the drinks and deliver the food; you run the rest yourselves. PARTIAL – our staff additionally supports individual areas, e.g. buffet service or the grill. COMPLETE – full staff and service package: you celebrate, we do everything else.
What extra equipment can I rent for the Stadl?
For example: smoker/grill station (220 € plus a chef) · dispensing system incl. CO₂ (150 €) with 30-litre kegs · bar tables (from 35 €, covers from 21.50 €) · party tent for 50 guests (250 €) · mobile light elements (from 70 €) · coffee machine · additional crockery and glasses. Cocktail bar and entertainment from music to fire shows can be arranged on request.
How long may we celebrate in the Stadl?
Basically as long as you like – you receive a key and lock the Stadl yourselves after the event. Please note the city of Plochingen's night-time quiet hours: after 1 a.m., outdoor noise and music should be reduced considerably.
