If your celebration has a theme, we’ll tailor the venue, food, and program to match. The Stadl is perfect for decorations and loud music; the ballroom features a stage and dance floor; and the beer garden provides the ideal setting for a summer festival.
We prefer to hear your vision early on—that way, we can suggest the perfect food and drinks tailored to your themed party and coordinate the level of service you desire, so you have a transparent cost estimate from the very beginning.

What We'll Take Care Of — and What You'll Bring to the Table
We provide the venue, seating, infrastructure, tableware, service—catering, and kitchen facilities. You’ll bring your own
decorations and set them up at your leisure; just let us know in advance how much time you’ll need for that.
Sound systems, lighting, and a DJ are not included in our amenities—you or your agency will need to arrange these.
In the barn and in the hall, you can host your event with your own key, regardless of our opening hours. Please note that the city of Plochingen enforces a curfew after 1 a.m.
Open fires are not allowed
