At our cooking events, the focus is not only on the food but on how it is made. We show you live what usually happens behind the kitchen door, tell the stories behind it – and then it is time to taste.

Our demonstrations
Maultaschen demonstration – We show you live how our Maultaschen are made – the same ones former Chancellor Angela Merkel, former Federal President Joachim Gauck and other state guests have tasted. You get a "Maultaschen quickie" on homemade potato salad or three different Maultaschen variations, plenty of anecdotes and the original recipe to cook at home.
Beer tasting – Different beers side by side, with background on brewing style and taste.
And more – A wine tasting or a demonstration of your choice: just ask us and we will put together the right programme.
How it works
We agree the group size, duration and schedule with you. A demonstration combines well with a set menu, a buffet or a festive evening – or works as a programme item of its own.
Tell us the date, the approximate number of guests and what interests you; we will get back to you with a proposal.
