Voucher Terms

These terms apply to the purchase and redemption of vouchers issued by Staiger Gastronomie GmbH, Neckarstr. 25, 73207 Plochingen, Germany (“Staigers Waldhorn”), purchased via our website www.staigers-waldhorn.de. Our General Terms and Conditions apply in addition.

1. Contracting party and conclusion of contract

1.1 The contracting party is Staiger Gastronomie GmbH.
1.2 A binding purchase contract for the selected voucher is concluded upon submission of the order and successful payment via PayPal. You will then receive a confirmation by e-mail.

2. Voucher types and delivery

2.1 Digital voucher (PDF): After receipt of payment you will immediately receive the voucher as a PDF file by e-mail to the address you provided, ready to print yourself.
2.2 Voucher by post: We send a high-quality voucher card to the delivery address you provide within Germany. A flat-rate shipping fee applies, which is shown before you complete the order. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days.

3. Value and payment

3.1 The voucher value can be chosen freely within the stated limits.
3.2 Payment is made exclusively via the payment service provider PayPal. The total price shown (voucher value plus any shipping costs) is due immediately.
3.3 This is a multi-purpose voucher within the meaning of § 3(15) of the German VAT Act (UStG): VAT is not charged on purchase but only becomes due when the specific service is redeemed. No separate VAT is therefore shown on the purchase of the voucher.

4. Validity

4.1 The voucher is valid for three years from the date of purchase; the period ends at the end of the third year following the purchase (§§ 195, 199 German Civil Code). The applicable expiry date is stated on the voucher.
4.2 After expiry the voucher can no longer be redeemed; a refund of the value is excluded as far as legally permissible.

5. Redemption

5.1 The voucher can only be redeemed on site at Staigers Waldhorn for food and drinks as well as events. Please present the voucher (printed or as a card) when paying.
5.2 Partial redemption is possible; any remaining balance stays valid until the expiry date and can be redeemed again.
5.3 A cash payout of the voucher value or of any remaining balance is not possible.

6. Transferability, loss and misuse

6.1 The voucher is freely transferable and not tied to a specific person.
6.2 Each voucher bears an individual code. We accept no liability for loss, theft or unauthorised use; lost or printed vouchers cannot be replaced. The voucher is redeemed upon the first presentation of the valid code.
6.3 Multiple use, reproduction or resale for commercial purposes is not permitted.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details and information on the expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital vouchers can be found in our Withdrawal Policy.

8. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining terms remains unaffected.
