Since 1997, the Staiger family has been celebrating Swabian master cuisine with innovative seasonal dishes in the historic brewery building of the former Plochinger Waldhorn Brewery, located in the heart of downtown Plochingen. 
We embody genuine and warm hospitality in every aspect of our business. Discover our diverse range of venues, whether it’s the restaurant with its adjoining rooms, the historic banquet hall, the beer garden, or the rustic barn.
